Do you carry the same products online as you do in stores?

Selection and price may vary from store to website. If you see an item online but you’d like to purchase at the store, please write down the item in product description on the individual product page. Then, call or email the store and ask customer service if they have the item in stock as inventory could change without notice and we will gladly check for you. Call 615-431-0020.

If I place an order online that shows in stock is that guaranteed to ship?

If all your items on your order show in stock we will pull your items and prepare to ship as soon as possible. In the event one or all of your items are out of stock after your order has been placed you will receive an email explaining that is out of stock, when it might be back in stock, if a refund needs to be issued and how you would like to proceed. Our suppliers may discontinue an item or a product line without notice.

Am I able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed?

We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you’ve selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, please receive the order and return it (if the Return Policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
